We store data as needed to provide products and services to you and other users. In instances where data is received from a TSP, we store the data for as long as permitted by the TSP, from which the data was received. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted.
Before sharing your information, your name and any other personally identifying information may be removed. Alternately, such businesses may adopt a policy of not disclosing personal information to third parties for marketing purposes if a California resident has opted-out of such information-sharing. We have an opt-out policy in place. If you wish to opt-out of our sharing your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, please follow the “How to Opt-Out” instructions above.

Information Collected by Third Parties

Some content provided through the Services may be provided from third parties, such as TSPs, who may obtain personal information from you. We are not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of such third parties. Therefore, you should review their privacy practices carefully before participating or providing personal information to such third parties.

Links to other Websites

The Services may contain links to websites or applications of other service providers. We are not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of other service providers. For example, if you click on a link to a social networking/media service provider, such as a TSP, this privacy policy will not apply to information collected by that other service provider. You should review the privacy policies of other service providers before you visit or provide any personal information.

Access to Personal Information

You may access, update, and correct inaccuracies in your personal information which is in our custody and control by emailing us at LINK. We may request certain personal information from you for the purposes of verifying your identity. However, if you post information to the Services, such as digital media or comments, you may not be able to change or remove it.
Deleting your account
If you want to stop using the Services, you can delete your account, which results in your account being permanently deleted from the Services. After requesting that your account be deleted, it may take a few weeks to a month before your account is fully deleted. Some information may remain in backup copies and logs for a longer period of time. To delete your account click here: LINK.
Certain information is needed to provide the Services to you, and this information is only deleted after you delete your account. Some of the information resulting from your use of the Services is not stored in your account. For example, if you share content with other users through the Services, the content may still be available to the other users. Consequently, that information remains after your account has been deleted.
What about continued payments for user’s work purchased by other users after account deletion? Will payment information still be retained to facilitate payments? What about the user’s content after they delete their account? Is it still available on Common Edits? It likely would be in some form (e.g., integrated as part of a subsequent work of another user).
Security
We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information in our custody or control. However, we cannot guarantee that these safeguards will prevent the unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with any personally identifiable information, we will delete such information and the child’s account.
